How do I care for and clean your products?
Napkins, placemats and runners:
Machine wash on gentle/delicate cycle, do not bleach, tumble dry on gentle/delicate cycle and steam setting on iron.
All linen pillows:
Spot clean as needed, do not bleach, air dry and steam setting on iron.
All raw silk pillows:
Spot clean as needed, do not bleach, air dry and low heat setting on iron.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Contact us with a brief description of the issue you’re having, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Because we’re a small team and everything is handmade in small runs, we don’t have the capacity to process returns. We offer credits and exchanges for defective items on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery.
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We’ll replace defective or damaged items at no additional cost.
Because each piece is individually handmade, minor variations in color and technique are considered part of the process and what makes each piece unique. However, tears or problems with the construction of an item are considered defects.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Can I place a gift order?
To place a gift order, enter the recipient’s information in the shipping address fields during checkout. You’ll also have the option to include a personal message in the gift message section. (Be sure to sign the gift message, otherwise the recipient will not know who sent them the gift!) We’ll send them a card with your note and will not include the order summary with the purchase.
What packaging do you use?
In our ongoing effort to be as carbon neutral as possible, we use biodegradable and recyclable packaging.
